Signet Based Healer
Longevity is this monk's specialty. While it doesn't pack quite the quick healing potential of a spell monk, it makes up for it by almost never running out of energy. This build is better at maintaining peaked health bars across the party line.
I haven't sat down to figure out the stats yet but here is what I have atm.
Signet Monk
Profession: Mo/Me
Stats: High Healing/Divine, ~8 Inspiration
Purpose: Health Maintenance
Skills:
1. Signet of Rejuvenation
2. Signet of Devotion
3. Purge Signet
4. Glimmer of Light (e)
5. Divine Boon
6. Orison of Healing
7. Ether Signet
8. Mantra of Inscriptions
Strengths:
- Very strong versus energy denial
- Very quick, powerful heal as primary
Weaknesses:
- Little Condition or Hex Removal
- Most heals are slow casting
Input please! Thanks.

Yeah it could work, I like the idea.
Too bad they nerfed glimmer of light and made it 2 sec recharge... I had a nice build for it. You might want to try 10 insp, 10 divine, 10 healing, with a minor rune in divine and healing, a head tatoo in healing.
That would be a final of 10 insp, 11 divine, and 12 healing. You could throw in majors or sups for more power, your choice.

You could probably drop either sigent and put in Scribe's Insight and another heal skill.

Take Words of Comfort instead of Orison, for a conditionally higher potential heal. Glimmer is more than enough to take care of what your signets don't, so getting more out of the heal you rarely use is a good idea.

The only thing I have against Scribes Insight is the lack of a quick heal. The signets definitally don't cast fast enough to catch a spike, which I have observed to happen quite frequently.
Also, Ether signet is actually a viable means of energy management (with MoI). I would be quite "sol" to drop this if I was ever forced to spam my quick heals.
Words of comfort is a solid suggestion. Good call.

Might I suggest blessed light?
Sure, it's 5 energy more expensive then glimmer, slower to cast and longer recharge.
But it would give this build some additional healing power but most of all some very reliable condition and hex removal.
This way you may even be able to take Gift of Health instead of orison ( if you time it will with sig of rejuvenation ) for even more healing power. With your 2 main heals being signet the extra energy cost shouldnt be a very big problem. Or if you think you need a 1/4sec cast time spell you could add in RoF and dump some points into protection.

This is just a boon healer that spams Glimmer of Light until it runs out of energy, then it will use slow casting signets. ?

Carth, thank you for being shortsighted and shallow.
Gobla, i value your input but you basically gave me a Blessed Light build! lol. Though, I do think finding a blessed light version of this build may be a good idea.

Add in Mantra of Inscription (reduces recharge on signets)
Will be a truly elite build

But blessed light is goooood.
It's like a big bowl in wich you add orison of healing, mend ailment, remove hex, pixie dust, crack and everything that's nice! Then BOOM! a big explosion and the 3 powerpuff girls float over your head! You then kill them and use signet of capture! TADAAA! Blessed Light!
but no problem, a bit less standard blessed light
- Signet of Devotion
- Signet of Rejuvenation
- Blessed Light
- Heal Other/Jamei's Gaze
- Ether Signet
- Divine Boon
- Mantra of Inscriptions
- Rebirth
quite energy intensive, but your signet should be your main source of healing. Blessed Light and Heal Other provide the big spike healing you needed. Divine Boon powers those up even more. Ether Signet for E-management. Mantra of Inscriptions to power up your signets. Rebirth because I always like to have a rez.

Agreed. Drop Glimmering Light and get Blessed Light instead.
Rust is a horrible hex against you.
Panic is also a hex that hurts your build a lot.
I see a little contradictory in your inital post.
Strength: Very fast and very strong heals
Weakness: most heals are slow casting
This makes it contradictory - Fast heals but most are slow casting.
Inspired Hex would be good for your build. It would allow you to gain energy while removing a potentially dangerous hex off of you.

Main heal is very fast, while the signets are slower.
Rust and Panic are both very rare.
For what this build is doing I think Glimmer is the better choice. It works well enough in most situations, and easily allows you to work with the signets without falling behind in a straight heal spam. Blessed light works great as well, but it's a different mentalilty.
To the OP, I've been experimenting with something similar, and you might try it without mantra of inscriptions, ether sig, and purge sig. I know thats alot to change, but you might find that you can add a bit of utility to your build as well. I'd suggest some skills like: Inspired hex, Power Drain, and Dismiss conditions.

I would take Dwayna's Kiss over Words of Comfort anyday. You don't have any enchants, but hexes are almost everywhere.

Personally I would take Glimmer for B-light if you say you have high divine favour due to the Hex/Condition removal, Maybe you can catch a spike with Glimmer but as far as PvE goes imo there's not a whole lot of spikes, but this is just me hating to use purge signet.

Words has a limited effect, Kiss has no cap. You can heal for an unlimited amount extra for 5 energy with Kiss. I'd rather just remove the condition than try and heal over it with Words.
